NevilCompany (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) collects and processes users’ personal information as described below in order to provide the game Dark Ninja: Idle RPG (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

Through this Privacy Policy, the Company explains how users’ personal information is collected, used, and protected. This Privacy Policy is made available within the Service (e.g., in the in-game options menu) so that users may review it at any time.
If this Privacy Policy is amended, the Company will provide prior notice through in-game announcements at least 7 days before the effective date. In the case of material changes—such as changes to the purpose of collection and use of personal information or third-party disclosures—prior notice will be provided at least 30 days in advance. Revised content will be clearly indicated through in-game announcements.
The Company collects only the minimum personal information necessary to provide its services during account registration, service use, product purchases, and customer support inquiries.
Users may refuse to consent to the collection and use of personal information; however, doing so may limit access to some or all parts of the Service.
